Magnum-style Dodge wheel cover (hub cap) - is this a mopar part? For what year / car?

So they would basically fit on any 14 inch rim? What was the idea - you couldn't afford actual magnum wheels when you bought your car in '67 - 69 so you ordered these instead?

NOT MINE 1967 Plymouth VIP 2-door, 10K Actual Miles, $40k, near LA California

I don't think he is far off the mark. The $4700 he paid, is about $36000 today. The biggest thing this car has going against it is the fact that it's not a Camaro. He could have saved $1500 and got a Z28 to not drive. Would be worth around 180k today .

    Vacuum water valve

I'm guessing this idea died sometime over the past five years. Anyway, I've gone through a NOS 2936490 (lasted almost 2 years) and the aftermarket Everco H1949 (lasted 4 years) in the past 8 years and 40k miles. I've had a home improvement store ball valve in there the last couple years - but...

1966 Newport 383 — Factory Mechanical Fan & Spacer Part Numbers?

Okay, I got the new fan setup installed. The distance between the leading edge of the fan and the radiator is about 1 7/16". Even with the biggest spacer (2"), the gap would still be well over 1 inch. Chris

Magnum-style Dodge wheel cover (hub cap) - is this a mopar part? For what year / car?

The pictured wheel cover, part number 2944092, was available on 1969 Dart, Coronet, and Charger, and also on the 1970 Dart. A similar wheel cover, part number 2881769, was available on 1968 Dart, Coronet, Charger, Polara, and Monaco. Both year wheel covers were essentially the same with the...

What is the wheel size you have? Diameter, rim width, and back-spacing?

A-727 swap to 360 what trans fluid recommendation.

https://bobistheoilguy.com/forums/threads/atf-4-rant-on-allpar.110206/ Non-lockup torque convertors are heat pumps and they heat and shear the transmission fluid quite a bit, way more than the lockup converters that came in the 80's. ATF has long been formulated exclusively for transmissions...

A-727 swap to 360 what trans fluid recommendation.

-In other words, you are saying that Chrysler recommended customers put garbage in Chrysler transmissions? -If that's the case, how did our cars survive in the 1960s and 1970s under high stress Police use? NASCAR? NHRA? -ATF+2 did not become available until 1980, how did our cars survive until...

Is there no source (or was there ever?) for 16 x 7 Magnum 500 rims?

I love my American Racing wheels, I would pit them on your list of wheels to consider. They look right on Goldie and you actually have a selection of tires to choose from and my speedometer is correct., and they won't rust.

Magnum-style Dodge wheel cover (hub cap) - is this a mopar part? For what year / car?

Came across a set of these for sale, I'm asking the seller if they're metal or plastic and for what size rim. These are wheel covers, not rims. Anyone seen them before?
