If it is a promo car, wouldn't it be coded as such on the fender tag and not have Y16 - Sales bank or am I missing something, and does anyone know what the A94 option code is ?
Hard to tell from the two photos but looks like the interior is missing, but if it's not rusted out then $1200 seems quite reasonable, to me anyway. I like the 69 Polara/Monaco 2dr.. pity I'm so far away.
I agree. Apart from the trunk floor which looks pretty ordinary, the rest of what can be seen doesn't look too bad. Most of the interior soft trim appears to be available from Legendary and I'd imagine Murray Park could help with parts as well. All comes down to his reserve price.
Definitely seen better days but have to admit I'm tempted. 1970 Chrysler 300's of any description are thin on the ground over here, in fact I've never seen one.
I tried the youtube link and it works ok, interesting video which almost looks black and white, is a side-on view of the car but can see the headlamp doors are up, impressive though.
Lol, and you'll be wearing Jandals in the summer not thongs, if you need to buy some milk you'll get it from the Dairy not the Milk Bar (7/11 for those in the States)..
It is a shame, hard to believe after so many years that Ford, GM Holden and Toyota are all heading offshore, with the old Mitsubishi/Chrysler plant shutting down a few years ago too.
