Did a proper ac flush on my 87 Fifth Ave today. Gets new compressor, parallel flow condenser, dryer, expansion valve. About $300 for parts.
Because it's worth doing with the price of replacement cars now.

If you can photograph the clips in the bag of clips you have. Posted here on this thread. And I will see if I can help you identify them. The rocker molding clips are very distinctive.
Welding them in might not be so bad. They may never need to be serviced again, depending on how many miles the car gets.
Now the car will get something it probably never got early in its life, a routine lube job.
Not that I had ever worried about it, but all dual point units were the cast iron housing distributors and I wasn't aware the guts would transfer into an aluminum housing unit?

Mopar rockers are pretty forgiving, you should be able to reuse them. I suspect that the stamping on some of them are probably because they are aftermarket units, mopar usually did not mark stock ones.
