The soot on your rear valance suggests it's running too rich. Dial the mixture in and your "shaking" at low rpm may go away...

I trimmed the new Anco blades to fit my Plymouth and they seem to be fine. I wet the windshield down with my hose and the wipers worked very nicely. I wanted to retain my original wiper arms and I was able to do so :thumbsup: Thank you guys again for your help and tips. John

That is good to see. They were out of stock for a while last year. Now to find a windshield for my 67 Coronet wagon.
