My wife was out on a hike and took a photo of this old car. From the rounded headlights and chrome bumper I think it’s probably a 50s-60s US made car. Any guesses?

Brake hose is probably the culprit. typical hose failure has the inside failing and it starts to act like a one way valve... That is it lets the higher pressure activate the brakes, but the springs aren't enough to let the cylinders retract.
