    Here is a link to an AC company that can supply a modern system. As for the transmission, get the shift selector seals replaced along with dipstick tube o-ring and pan gasket.

    I don't think you need a repaint, get a good paint correction done. Thats is a real beauty. Do all the mechanical sorting, Engine super tune, suspension and steering, good shocks like Bilstein and KYb, Larger front sway bar from FIrm Feel will give a great road feel improvement and still look...
