    NOT MINE 1971 Imperial 2-door.

The Mighty Pimperial sold to a different guy in PA last week. He's 72 and was really great to deal with. He has zero online presence so will be difficult to monitor its life journey. Charles Beem is his name. He had a white '71 coupe back in the day and put an amazing 245,000 trouble free miles...

You have one? Ain't that a coincidence! Mine was not a Fast Top - and a bit rough but with a 440. Sold recently. On the 1st page. The one with the weird custom hood. :)

I love it! It's a great color for sure. And very unusual for it to be Fury only. Just sold my '68 Fury (ad here & FB) that I think it was paint code QQ1? "Electric Blue" maybe? Something like that. I read it was a fairly rare color as well.

    NOT MINE 1971 Imperial 2-door.

No, he (17 yr old) bought the Filthy Fury. The latest guy who's been blowin' smoke up my ___ on the Imperial has the bum ticker.

    NOT MINE 1971 Imperial 2-door.

Latest in the saga: Dude had a heart attack so is dealing with that. And he sucks at communication like this last guy. So, still up for grabs I guess.

    NOT MINE 1971 Imperial 2-door.

Yeah, this TX9 real estate guy...says "I'm your buyer". Even after calling me on the phone says will get shipping quote but never calls back. PLUS he kinda lowballed me. Annoying, but ok - sale is now pending. A guy in PA. from the FB ad. Will see if he wants info shared here so you all can...

Welp, just curious. Never shipped a car. How long does it take to get a shipping estimate?

    NOT MINE 1971 Imperial 2-door.

Can be washed off with solvent. And if someone restores it, the top needs to be replaced anyway because of a couple rust spots under it.

    NOT MINE 1971 Imperial 2-door.

You're the typa guy I'd prefer to sell it to. Preservation rather than restoration. There is minor bubbling on both A pillars as you noticed. So welding that up & a new top wouldn't be a bad thing.

Ha! I have zero idea who did that. But there’s a video on yt of it called Filthy Fury, so that’s been its name. You guys are too funny finding both of my ChryCos. online. Total car pervs...just like me.

    NOT MINE 1971 Imperial 2-door.

Exactly. Making a bunch of extremely simple patches is a million times easier than finding a 55 yr old interior that is, or looks original & nice. Though I've been doing metal work on rusty shtwagons for many decades, seems like far more do-it-yourselfers are...well, doing it themselves.
