I don't think so. Years ago Mancini had a big shop near Baltimore. That shop is closed. Mancini built a new small shop next door to his house in Westminster. That is where my engine was done.

I'm sorry, but I am of no help here. The only experience I have with clips such as these is with my '66 300. I haven't gotten into the lines / clips on my '73 Navajo; I assume that setup is the same as described by @73Coupe .

I feel your pain. I had the same experience with SMS for a headliner and vinyl top order for my '73 Navajo. I too spent many hours fixing the RR power quarter window in my '66 convertible. You are doing a terrific job on this car. Mighty fine!

You need the end play because when the gears and bearings all heat up, the clearance, Clarence, will tighten. Just re-installed axles with new tapered bearings on my '66 300 convertible. FSM called for .013 to .023 end play. Set mine at .018 with a dial indicator.

I don't think you need the Por15. Just go with the tank as is. Or are you talking about the outside of the tank?

Yes. I had to go through this replacing the run guide in my '66 300 convertible. It is a major pain to install correctly, mostly due to the fragility of the very thin and guide piece. Also, there are no directions. I destroyed two of these before I finally completed the install. don't know...
