    Is a 1967 440 HP Engine in a Chrysler automatically a TNT?

from 440 source There is absolutely no physical difference between a block with an HP or HP2 stamp and one without. All blocks were cast and machined at the foundry, and then assembled at Chrysler's 2.1 million square foot Trenton assembly plant in Trenton, Michigan. During assembly, if the...

My engine is being a jerk!

glad yall aint doctors. if you are 'standing on the brake' and giving it throttle - what gear are you in? why do you think the transmission is involved with this test you did? Because you saw the motor moved? the converter drainback is normal, expected, and doesnt need 'another half gallon' of...

    Electric fuel pumps

yes, but there is a drawback too. mechanical pump only depends on the motor turning to function. electric pumps take more, obviously with wire and elec and all that. and you need to add some safetys, so its more complicated than a mechanical pump too. now - why you DO want to do it. go to...

    Cars steers left by herself...

be careful test driving it! you have to get that thing centered - you are off too much to one side and is making too much pressure that direction. that thing has to be balanced middle - that little valve piece on top. you can move it side to side and that will make it turn, like you are...

    Pulley setup on a 440

wew this is turning into a good thread. yes the pulleys can swap 383 / 440, or A/C and non A/C - but the pulleys are all different sizes. like I wouldn't put a non A/C water pump pulley on, then try to run it via the A/C belt path. The A/C water pump pulley is way smaller than the non-A/C...

thusly theres a post from me about it somewhere, but IIRC its 1.5" stock from lowesdepot cut to a 6" piece. the pulley is an A/C pulley i had on hand. you can see i took 2 shots at locating it. tbh it needs to be higher / further away from the waterpump housen. try not to die - - saylor
