Called 'Fertan' for rust preparing and than 'Brantho Korrux 3-1' - every kinda color you can get it. It's rust preparing+primer..

The floors get a sound insulation and a new carpet so nobody would see it again..also the trunk. So there is no need for me to paint it like the complete car

Right - don't know where I can get new lense when they broke...

What is the product and procedure. I was going to do this for some of my lens and would still be interested for the future.

It is not so easy bit it is also not a 'witch-work' as we would say... If I got time I will try a complete lense in red. At the moment I have only a negative form of the straight lense. The second one /curved one would be the tricky one - don't know if it is possible. But if..I will sell some "repros" ..maybe in clear..or smoke.. ;)
