We've barfed because of this one before. Gack!

"Discounted Shipping . . ." = "They want it gone, too!"

Think about how much money went into others' pockets to help the economy of that region!

Just lots of mis-matched things. The "intimate" roofline might have been augmented by a '64 T-bird style coved rear seat, but it's not there. The '55 Belvedere side paint scheme is different, but not in its execution. Those tri-bar front wheel covers are just out of place, as are the lake pipes and spotlights. Never have understood the attraction of lights behind a tube grille. With that miniature rear window, you'll never know the shortness of the parade you're leading away from a cruise spot!

I could just imagine how nice this car could of been with the money and effort focused on restoration rather than customized cars. Customized cars are OK but almost every customized C-body just don' t look good to me.

Another reoccurring nightmare. Like that damned 66 300 custom jobber with all the wood and brass.
If you undertake to build this kind of stuff, do so with the understanding that it's not going to necessarily appeal to, well, ANYONE other than the person it was built for.

And you'd really have to hope that the originator actually found some attraction to the finished product - but this is one of those cases where I'd be less than sure that occurred.

Somebody actually spent a lot of time and money to make that car look so hideous. What a shame.

This car has been for sale for 4 - 6 months with numerous re-lists on eBay.

Longer than that, that I can remember, there is a sister car to this one on CL and shall I post up the ad for the 61 Fury on Chevy frame & drivetrain, it's back on CL LA area, guess he had to drag it back from the Missouri auction (CoPart?) that didn't workout.
