My fellow Mopar friend just found an amazing solid complete '36. No rust any where. Partially disassembled but complete down to an original winter radiator cover and a bug screen for the grill.

I will mention one thing that I see that is not original, the spin on oil filter assembly. ;) But was probably a period correct upgrade...so close enough. :)
 
I always like those cars. I almost bought a 39 before my car.

BTW If you don't want to change out the motor but want to "hot rod it" there a company that sell a bunch a performance parts for that flat head.
 
What a beauty, look at that grill!
 
It would be a shame to swap a later engine into that car. That means bigger brakes, which means crappy aftermarket wheels, suspension upgrades, etc, etc...... Good buy nice 36 Plymouth, Hello to another boring street rod.
