Restoration Cost Advice - 69 Imperial Coupe

Okay Ladies and Gents, looking for a bit of advice. The car in question is the 1969 Imperial Coupe featured in this thread. Please see Post #21 for my full write-up and assessment of the car including photos.

how much do you think it would cost to get this car to be a decent driver?... I'd only want maybe a 10 footer. ...there isn't the time or money to give it a Barrett Jackson/Concourse restoration. Just a clean and beautiful car ...

For a comparison, here's a 71 that sold recently, price was nearly the same but condition was notably nicer.
NOT MINE - 1971 Imperial 2-door.

I'm reading what seem to be some contradictions for 'your' blue '69. Decent driver, 10-footer (lots of flaws can be seen at 10 feet) but also a clean and beautiful car.
That car cannot be that, it needs a restoration, which is the most expensive route. (the car in the link could've met your targets)

All the guys who said to find an already-nice example are giving the best advice.
