That is most certainly a tube radio, most likely with a vibrating modulator. Probably Tiptoe-matic fluid drive as well with 331 Hemi with 2BBL carb. Likely also has 16" safety rims as well. Have no idea what it is worth.

Really don't care what it's worth, just thought it is a pretty complete car with the Hemi engine and engine bay not too messed about with. A little dirty and hard to tell in the pics but appears to be complete.
The dash is something else, a lot going on there, heh.

Definitely a project, but nice starting point, great color too...... This car has the nation's capital in its past, as it wears a DC historic tag, it's one of the really cool early ones with the raised letters; they switched to the flat (cheaper looking) plates in the early 2000's..... so it's time in DC would pre-date that......
