Hey howdy! Just picked up a much neglected 1955 C300 and am looking for front bumper. Anyone know what models/year interchange that I can find one online?

Real C300. Radiator is out just to spin the engine. Spins free by hand starter also functioning, carb linkages free. Still "gas" in float bowls...

Front end is WRONG and is off 55 Windsor, but I am still MISSING a bumper. I have the rest of the 300 nose, including grills and lights and even the correct 300 bumper risers, but I am still needing that bumper. I "think" the bumper off a Windsor is the same as the C300?

Comments needed.

Rear pass window is DOWN but just covered with a piece of glass. Body is solid except outer rockers and small section of rear Q. More pics to come.

They may fit a C300, but they are different.

1955-56 300 front bumpers are unique in the locations of the drilled holes for the little bumper guards. Attached is a picture of a '55 C300 with the wrong bumper, one of me and my C300, one of a '55 Windsor and one of a '55 New Yorker. All similar, but with different bumper guards. One could use a Windsor front bumper, weld up the wrong bolt holes or plug them with chrome-head bolts--and drill the holes to relocate the bumper guards. Would you share the VIN so that I might pass it on to the registrars of the rosters at the two www.chrysler300clubinc.com clubs? 3N55XXXX Yes, www.cbodies.com is our go-to place.

Is there any chance they used the inner bolt holes to mount the bumper guards?

It is easy to weld any extra holes up, but I'm just curious.

Someone must have a stash of spare parts, maybe try Benny Buckner or the Forward Look Network?

The bumper in the first photo looks odd, here's another C300 with a Windsor bumper bar, not original, but doesn't look too bad:
