I guess in my book it would still be considered a survivor if the Roof has been the only repaint, probably not by some official judging rules. 62 years is a Long time to try to Keep a car pretty much untouched except for battery, fluids, filters and brake shoes. Reupholstering of the internals is necessary to not destroy the covers for example unless you want to just park it in your living room and look at it.
I happen to have a 29 year old car that's barely used since day one as it was an inheritance that never interested me much, with 18k miles and clean dry storage the seat fabrics all show wrinkles due to shrinking internals, even the ones in the back that are parctically unused, now double that and see what will be left of it then, thanks also to cheapskate Mr. Lopez.
