As an owner of a 392 vehicle myself, I appreciate how you smoothed the firewall along with many other mods. Would love to hear about the headers. I bet they were a labor of love to get done!

Beautiful car, good luck with the sale!

Got a few more pictures. Getting shots of the headers isn't going to happen with out a car lift. Sorry, but I haven't had time for that. These pictures were from the other day. GG

OK. I'll say it even if everybody hides under their bed.
The car, as beautiful as it is, would never break $28,500 at Mecum.
It's not the car. It's the market.
Unmolested Fins are getting the big money.
Resto-mod Fins are still in the "my first Cruise Night car" category.

OK. So burn me at the stake....

No burning allowed! Thanks for the inputs. I know the market is tough, but.... I have wondered if there was anything I could do to improve the value, so do you think if I colored the spears on the sides and/or worked on the centers of the rims (say sand blasted the aluminum center and powder coated pewter/magnesium) it would help? I guess the extreme being a different paint job, back to red and white. I worked an auction a few weeks ago in Houston, Keels and Wheels, I was surprised at the lack of maintenance of the cars in the auction. Most would not run due to battery and bad fuel. I like the fact that this car can be driven comfortably. GG

How long have you had it?? I can't help but notice that you live in Texas, and the car has California plates!!

Well I built the car, sold it, bought it back from Sacramento California, need to sell it again.... I just liked the plates when I bought it back that I left them on. I have a set of 57 Texas plates that might migrate back on the car. I am in Houston and have had it back for about a year. GG

What a great car......... I always wanted one since I was probably ten.... You have that set up nice, or it appears to be
