Good eyes. Yes it's a 6 seater,- called "Shopper". According to the register, the only drivable.

You're not going to believe this but that Yellow/white DeSoto is EXACTLY like the DeSoto my grandfather brought home and made me a Mopar guy forever at the age of 8. If I had Musk's money, I would make you an offer you couldn't refuse.

I'd be happy to find out more informations, and of course to confirm that it's exactly your grandfather's vehicle.

It will help where you and your grandpa lived during this time, the car was sold in Grand Forks, ND at the time.
