I know it's not a Grand Voyager, it's the 4 dr vert I've never seen.

Plymouth never made a 4 door convertible in 57, 58, or 59. It looks like someone put it together using a 4 door hardtop.

That's what I thought but this conversion looks pretty professional, at least in the pictures.

NOT a "GRAND VOYAGER" it is a Belvedere but FB doesn't have a drop down menu with Belvedere in it! This is a one of a kind custom 1958 Plymouth 4 door Convertible Belvedere. 318 cu. in. Push button automatic. Condition is very good. Paint is good but NOT "show" quality. worst thing is small section on trunk, see pic. Interior is good, not excellent. New brakes, generator, voltage regulator, rebuilt transmission, new radiator, radial wide whitewall tires. Very unique classic car.

From what I can see of the door gaps, it appears to have proper reinforcements installed. I don't detect any sagging.

I wouldn't call the job "professional looking". Look at the roof by the windshield where they cut the rest of the roof off. It almost looks like duct tape finishing off the end. The top is likely from a 2 door convertible and so it does not fit all the way to the windshield. The 4 door hardtops have the same distance from the back glass to the trunk as a 2 door does, unlike 4 door sedans which have a longer roof. The rear window on a convert. is smaller, so the convert. roof fits as it should. When you put it on a 4 door, the rear side windows are larger so the roof will not fit all the way to the windshield. Overall I think it is a decent job, but if it was mine I would not be happy with the way the top fits on the front.
