Old Man with a Hat
I don't have to sell, I have to cherish forever. If I did own it, that much coin would be hard to walk away from
Interestingly enough not 2 months after I bought the car off of him he told me I should sell. I was shocked and after a thinking about it for a few I think I understood why. I listened to a couple of offers on it the year I drove it to the Nats and they were good offers but that's when I figured out I wasn't ready to sell nor was the car ready. Financially I would be a fool to sell before it was completely restored. When it's all said and done I think there will be a number of reasons that it would take a hell of a lot of money to get me to let go.There isn't an emotional connection to your car
No such thing as paying rightful value for a C-body, unfortunately. It's a dead-end car.![]()
I don't know if we're talking about the same thing. At least two of mine have increased in value, so not necessarily true
I'm lucky to have a cheap taste. Convertibles don't tempt me at all. I'd rather have a sedan than a convertible.
