I am looking for a 1960 Desoto Antenna. Can anyone help me out?

That is probably a dual rear mount antenna, there are some for sale on E-bay for a '61. Might also try and contact www.oldmoparts.com, they have a lot of vintage mopar stuff. Most of their parts are not on the website, so contact them with a request.
