Oh no Marty, I just sent him $2000 cash!Only one way to find out so I sent him a money order for 2K as DEPOSIT
Ad is gone From having owned a 61 2 door, I would think it was a scam of some sort
you are brave and patient. I would be sweating bubllets if my account was emptied in a potentially scam transaction . Whey will bank, if it was their error, not make you whole now instead of waiting for the possibility the seller would actually return any of the excess month@marty mopar and @azblackhemi you guys are fools.
Sellers of such quality cars don't accept cash nor money orders as that's how *they* get scammed.
When I contacted the seller he was very helpful and grateful for my inquiry, and has been very helpful in getting me to set up a wire transfer.
I was having some difficulties, my bank wasn't very cooperative, so I gave him all my info and he's been able to get it done without a snag.
Well, one snag, my account got emptied by mistake (my banks fault, not the sellers) and he's working to get that money returned.
He said I should see the overage returned in a week or so.
So I'll be thinking of you 2 guys as I tool around in my new ride.
I thought it was a scam from the first impression.Yep, scammer.
The seller has ~200 listings. If you look through them, the prices on some cars are ridiculously low.
I was being facetious. I didn't even look at the for-sale ad.you are brave and patient. I would be sweating bubllets if my account was emptied in a potentially scam transaction .
