Judging by past auctions, Imperials on BaT seem to sell at very fair prices.

PSA: If you're going to cover your plate, cover it in every picture. Otherwise you just have a bunch of otherwise good pictures of your car with a rag hanging off it.

Why not just take the tag off for the picture taking session, I mean really how hard is it? Most are just 2 screws...

The $32K in receipts shown for the work done on this 62 Imperial is a fairly accurate example on what a full body/paint, engine restoration would cost if done by an engine builder and body shop, but I've seen quotes for a lot less.
Hopefully the seller can recoup close to what he has into it.

So it sold for just a little more than the paint job cost him. He lost quite a bit on this car.
