1963 interchange information? What years & what other chrysler brands will hood hinges and a rear seat from 1963 new yorker station wagon fit?

A good place to start for the hinges would be to download a parts manual. Parts Manuals – MyMopar

Get one from earlier and later years too. Say '62-'66 to start. Now you can compare part numbers across the car lines and years. There's also an interchange manual, but I don't believe they break it down that far.

The seat will be be harder to figure out.... I'd say that a '64 Chrysler seat would have a good chance, but comparing part numbers really won't work.

The seat in the picture is the 2nd row Station Wagon seat.

Same interchange info that I provided to your inquiry over on the Forward Look.

If that seat is from a 1964 Chrysler station wagon as stated.
The following station wagon seats interchange:

1960-64 Chrysler
1960-61 Plymouth
1960-61 Dodge
1962-64 Dodge Custom 880
