That is gorgeous. What do you think is up by the rear view, a compass?

Can anyone please explain the current process if you want to buy a car in Canada and have shipped - driven across the boarder? My reason for the question is with how things have been for the last couple of years, I have no idea what the "rules" are?

Can anyone use this as an example? Do you have to hire an international broker and do different US states have restrictions registering a Canadian titled car?

Very Nice Original Imp. !

Hello Trevor. I see where your BaT auction didn’t result in a sale. If I were to make an offer that were acceptable what are additional costs I might expect? I also wondered if pre-purchase inspections are commonplace in Calgary? Finally, do you have anyone who could do the driver seat repair? Finally, I don’t know what kind of paperwork US Customs would need signed, etc. But I’m hopeful the “sale price” reflected could be favorably reflected to minimize taxation. Thanks for your response. Not sure if we can exchange emails via this site or not. Looking forward to hearing back from you at your soonest convenience. Best, Jimmy

Hey @jimmyinormondbeach, Welcome to the forum!

The cars I post on this forum are not mine, just ones I find one FB, CL, BaT....etc...
Please contact the actual owner through FB or BaT.

If you need help getting eyes on a car or with shipping advice, try posting a Thread in General Discussion and a local member may be able to help out.

Good luck!

Hey again Trevor. Obviously I’m a newbie here. When I click on the FB link it’s gone so I’ll try contacting the poster on the BaT website. I’m not sure that’ll work though, given the website’s auction based services. Tks again. Wish I could see the original FB ad for the FB member that posted it. Ah well. Que sera sera, right?
