Plugs can be accessed through the inner fender dust shield... Still need to jack up the car and pull the tires though.

63-64 300 J and K used only short ram, not long rams. Short rams gave more punch at higher rpm. You can tell the difference by looking at runners.If smoothe no groove, they are short rams.
