1965 Chrysler 300L Factory 4speed for sale. 67k orig miles, very original even has the original vinyl top. Ex-Don Rook car, it was featured in Hot Rod magazine in 2000. One of 96 built from what I understand. Asking $25k OBO. Located in Kirkland, WA.

I take that back, the invoice does match. Cool.
So does anyone know where that invoice is? Cause I don’t have it. The original selling dealer is still in business as a Tow Company and send me some dealer badges/stickers/and a key chain.

Some of the documentation that came with the car. The warranty transfer is interesting as it shows the car only had 10k miles in 1969. Helps verify the low miles on the car. Also a how to sheet on the factory reverb radio.

Damn, I'd almost offer up my Imperial convertible as a trade for this 300. Mine is probably at the $22,500 price level...hmmmm...

The car is now reunited with its original sales invoice thanks to haywire 440!

The reverb unit really worked best on fm stations as I recall back in the day.
Today’s am stations not so much. Mine is bypassed when I got the radio conversion done.

Delivery paperwork indicates it was sold to an Elmer L Books in Cleona PA. That's likely a slight error - there is an Elmer M Books in Cleona PA who passed away in 1985 and records do not state any other family members including children named Elmer. I'm guessing he was a retiree who decided to treat himself to exactly what he wanted, and he had 20 years to enjoy it.

Car is sold, going to a local collector and a good home.
