If I had a '65 Imp w/o A/C, I would consider that car for its parts.
Have Chris go get it and have him ship the parts I needed.

I think this Imp may be a good parts car candidate too.

Junkyards are my favorite place to be!!!

So you'd rather be in a junk yard than......Carlisle, on an Caribbean Island, Disney world, in bed with a hot chick, Drinking beers with Stan in Florida, at a Packers game, in 1977 ordering up the formal of choice, in 1970 ordering up the Mopar of your choice, on the receiving end of the winning lottery ticket, in Angelina Jolie's bedroom, at Dover Downs, A drive in Movie, At the white house dragging Obama down the steps while you take office???????????????????????????????????

Some of those are possible .....I can think of several places I'd rather be than in a junk yard. 99.9%of the yards in existence dont have old iron in them so there is no point to be there

This time of year is when I like to spend 1/2 a day in a yard about 45 minutes from here. The undergrowth has all died back and it's a lot easier to spot the cars and look them over. It is kind of surreal and theaputic at the same time wandering through those places.

There is a yard here, about the same distance away.. Old stuff back to the 40's in there, but nothing new that is old shows up....ever

Get a hold of yourself man!
it should be '68 that you're ordering up the new Mopar.

idk... Personally I think i would go back to the late '70s/'80s when you could get them real cheap, and buy a nice collection of them.

They'll all to be had dirt cheap if you make it around 1978 for the gas crisis. You could still find a ton of unmolested low mileage muscle cars and the dollar was so strong noone would have considered to ship them overseas. :)

The dollar was strong in 78?

Was about 2 Marks then, now 1.50 Marks if we wouldn*t have that damn Euro. But I think there was a much higher discrepancy of median income in Germany and US which would have made the gap even bigger if you considered buying on the US market..
