I know talk is cheap but damn, If I had enough beans I would definitely take that off your hands if only to ensure it doesn't fall into the wrong hands or go to someone who can't appreciate it for what it is. I'm not a slab guy but barn finds like this don't happen everyday. I hope you are successful at Carlisle, at least there it will stay in good hands. Hopefully.
