1966 Newport convertible, red with black interior. The top is power and works flawlessly. Rebuilt 440 engine (33k miles ago), aluminum intake (original intake included) 727 rebuilt transmission, 4 barrel Edelbrock carb and new exhaust. Car has power steering, power front windows. Car runs great. Clean and clear title in hand.

That gold dash ties to the exterior color, I had a 65 300 vert like that.
It's a convertible, so re-painted the mandatory shade of red.
Looks like 68 seatcovers, and a tilt-tele column, and with AC. Tilt/tel kinda unusual in a Nupe, and AC in a vert is unusual, so this was either a special car, but more likely was assembled.

That all-silver alternator, with silver windings, makes me cringe.


edit - Those doorpanels are 67 300, and the woodgrain on the dash is a New Yorker thing, Nupe was black textured - and that Newport emblem on the dash is way-huge vs the factory version, this one looks like exterior emblem off a 70s Nupe.

Agreed. 12K for an assembled car and only if everything is solid and works properly.
