As promised last week I am posting videos on rebuilding the body harness for the Polara

the videos may be a bit out of order but get the point across.

I have installed the harness but not quite completed just yet and will update this 1st post with more videos

Looks good, nice work! I started the same process on my car, but stopped because it was to early in my build. I will add several systems, relais etc. and don't want to redo everything.

When I redid the harness in my 53 Windsor, I laid the old harness out on a piece of plywood and used some finishing nails to lay the pattern of the harness out. I've seen this done in factories where they are building new wire harnesses. Then I replaced the wires one at a time.

When I was done, the harnesses fit just like the original. This is the dash harness.
