I presume the picture is to represent what you are looking for?
If so, that looks like a 2dr sedan (aka 'post' car), and the rear panels differ from the more common 2dr hardtops.

I a full set that need restored and were re-upholstered to a non factory fabric & design. You can get original replacements still from SMS auto fabrics I believe, at least a few months ago they said they were available
