So I have a 1966 New Yorker 2door and it has frame rot that starts about 1ft past the arches for the rear tires an goes all the way to the back bumper. Is this something I can cut out an replace or can I take the back portion of the frame off the body and replace the whole back frame? I'm new to this so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

I'm not a welder myself but the guy who fixed the frame on my Chrysler said you don't want to cut anything out but rather just encase the rusted out spots in new metal. Since it's a unitized body and frame, removing the frame is not really possible.

its a unibody .rear frame is welded to the car. also not rerpoduced
