From the description, I probably would be asking the exact same price and then take it from there.

From what I see in your ad the price looks very fair. I would defiantly recommend a lot more pictures though. Pictures do sell cars. OK I just saw the link to more pictures which is good but instead of a unclikable link it would be better to just see them in the ad.

I think your interior and paint condition estimations are way off, therefor I'd think $3500 is more in line.

Paint 4/10 not seeing much shine, mismatched door, grubby/stained under hood - it needs a repaint
Interior 4/10 non-stock door panel and seat recover detract a lot

So I should have left the interior like this?

The pics need the "Lakeland Lash" enhancement and then it will sell for 10k

I got a better look at the interior shots and like the custom panels.

thanks foe the input, gentlemen. I'm just hoping to break even. although I think.I may end up making a little bit. someone is gonna get a nice car and I hope they can enjoy it more than I have. I need to buy a house and I have a fox body mustang I want to build. renting and owning five cars and two motorcycles is stupid. so this and my mercury Capri project are getting sent down tie road.

I like your 66 alot. I have one myself.. and yours seems to be in pretty good condition. I tend to agree with the 3500 number more than 4500. I am south of Chicago and might be interested if you cannot get your price.

Robin.

The auction is about to end and the reserve has been met. If you want it, you should bid on it.

What he means is your top bidder has a feedback rating of zero. That usually means they won't follow through with the purchase. One of the many annoying things about E-bay.

The only thing I have faith in is money in my hand. I've had long standing ebay'ers flake out. And I actually think commando1 might be the top bidder. He strikes me as the type to **** on an auction by sham bidding.

The way you talk **** about everything nice that anyone owns. Especially cars people are selling on ebay. And I was wrong, so I apologize. I just got off the phone with the buyer. It was a gentleman from the Detroit area. From the sounds of things I'm gonna be taking the car on the ferry and meeting him in Muskegon.
