I could have sworn I spoke well of your car at the beginning of the thread.
Congrats on selling your car.

You did, but you blew a lot of hot air talking **** about the seller of that blew and white Imperial secretary edition, and that grey formal down in Florida, and I'm sure 100 other people selling nice cars.

I think your interior and paint condition estimations are way off, therefor I'd think $3500 is more in line.

Paint 4/10 not seeing much shine, mismatched door, grubby/stained under hood - it needs a repaint
Interior 4/10 non-stock door panel and seat recover detract a lot

-stew- you seem like a nice guy, I want to root for you as a member here. I secretly hoped you'd get a little closer to your own estimate.

However, on the buying side I give commando1 huge props for keeping heads cool and rational about prices of C bodies. I think his perspective reaches beyond this enthusiast community where we might otherwise group-think prices to be higher based on our own love for C-bodies, Mopar, or a specific model.

I'm happy with what I got. I made a little bit of money. $4500 was just a starting point. These days it seems no one knows how to hagle. They either just pay the asking price or they offer you a third of what your asking.

I delivered the car today. Buyer was very, very happy with the car. It was what he was expecting and he felt I represented the car as exactly what it was. Gonna spend a few days cleaning the garage up and then bring my Mustang home and get cranking on that.
