Wonky looking '68 side trim, looks like it is screwed on, but I see no side markers, and definitely a '67 grille.
No door handles, either.

1967.
Someone has installed '68 side trim, which goes on top of the lower body lines; a '67 would have a single chrome strip in between the raised body lines. The main exterior differences between '67 and '68 were the side trim, the side marker lights which were mandated for '68, and the front grille. The '67 interior had wood veneer trim accents, the '68 had gold metal.
This one has had the exterior door handles removed.
