Hard to imagine an older guy moving from OH to WA???
If at the same price it's probably a scam and not a flipper. Even if you got that car for $3500 and took it to WA it would hardly be worth it to make 1500 or less. Also doesn't show the pic of the owner standing by the car, which would be a good clue for a buyer to know something's up when they show up with $$$. (who are you and where's the car?)

I remember a thread on moparts where guys were tripping all over themselves about a CL ad for some Dart GTS for $5000, call the seller for arrangements to view the car (location was a seedy warehouse in an industrial park) and 'bring cash to see the car'. Oh they were all so excited about the option on it and what items were correct/not restored properly. I was the fly in the ointment when I suggested that it sounded like a good way to walk in a door, get knocked in the head, and walk away $5000 lighter. No matter what the deal was, it was clear there was no car available via that ad.
