1967 sport fury Wheel opening chrome trim

No. The wheel well opening size doesn't change whether its a 2 door or 4 door rear wheel well. So a skirt car can run a Non Skirt wheel well molding. The front and rear moldings on a 67/68 fury are the same no matter whether it came off a 4 door and is going on a 2 door. Or came off a 2 door going to a 4 door.

My '68 is the black one in the comparison above and is a 2-dr Fury III Fast Top (PX23).

The part numbers for the rear w/o mouldings for your car according to the '68 Chrysler parts book that I have, without skirts are:
Rt.: 3004 334
Lt.: 3004 335
Now those could supersede to several different part numbers, which is a real mess to try to figure out.
I did check the part numbers for the fender skirts, and all of the '68 Fury body styles use the same skirts, except wagons which it didn't list a skirt for. Also wagons use a different w/o moulding than 2-drs. or 4-drs. do.
Good luck with finding your mouldings.

Thanks so much for posting this info. 65 500, I don't mean to hijack Adebrea's thread, but can you post the part numbers for the '68 rear wheel well chrome trim? Here is my situation: my car came with fender skirts but I do not use them (I like the look of skirts on Imperials, etc but not on my Fury; I'm going for a more aggressive look). I would rather put non-fender-skirt chrome around the opening instead of the skirt, like the photo below of windsor56's amazing '68. So what part numbers should I look for?

Wow, that is beautiful. I love it..!! Reminds me of a bigger version of a Cornet in some ways. Very cool.

Never met a bare Fast top I didn't like. Never in the history of C-bodies was a roof line so perfectly matched to the body.

Just want to clarify... I posted that as an example with the chrome around front and back wheel wells. It's not mine, it's windsor56's car. Nicest fast top Fury I've ever seen, just a stunning car. The rear view is my favorite and I see what you mean about the resemblance to a Coronet. That's why I usually post pics of the butt end of my black fast top, that and the fact that the original owner ran the front into a post in his garage! :)

I love how when every one of us show our cars parked in a garage, the door clears it by inches.

That pic actually makes it look like there's more room than there really is... when it's down the door clears the bumper by about two inches! :)
