It's either a scam or being flipped for double the $ by a dealer.....

Fiore Motors has had some great looking and unusual cars MOPAR) in recent years including the 1972 that was souped up to 500 CI+ and then reverted back to its original size engine. He asks large amounts. I don't know what this car is worth but looks nice. I have talked to him a few times as I recall

for a 27000 mile car and the price i would not expect to see stains on the front bumper from water rolling off the hood. must have spent a lot time out in the weather

Must be the reason for this particular word. I agree, for 27k and $29k, bumpers (and the entire car) should be *completely* flawless.
