Beautiful car, 2-door coupe, vinyl black top, 528 wedge motor, 727 torque flight transmission, built to the hilt! Great paint. Excellent interior. Perfect body. Super car. Runs and drives great. More than $50,000 spent to build this car. Call if interested.

Maybe he was planning to cruise Compton and that did not work out. Car might be of some interest to a street rodder, but I doubt it would bring anything close to the asking price.

Somebody in my past noted, decades ago, that the more things you do to a vehicle that take it farther away from OEM production stock, the more you narrow the group of possible buyers, when you get ready to sell it. Especially if the things done can't be easily returned to a more stock-like appearance (i.e., bolt-on items). Which also affect the ultimate value of the car, should a finance deal be needed to purchase it. FWIW

When two "like minds" meet, one with disposable income and the other needing it, then negotiations might happen. GLWS

Just some thoughts,

This is the perfect example of why you need to be careful with the mods you make to a car. I am generally a supporter of it's your car, you can do want you want with it but if you are going to do something like this to your car you better plan on keeping it until you can no longer drive.

I guess you could change hoods and hopefully match the color and loose the rear window decal if you don't mind a purple Chrysler. So glad that they didn't ditch the skirts.
