Found this on You Tube, optional 440, A/C, disc brakes, and a great color combo. $ 6,800.00 was a steal.

There was a Palm Springs Collector Car Auction (McCormick's Palm Springs Collector Car Auctions) on Nov 22-24. This Monaco is not on the list.

"Today's featured car of the day is a 1967 Dodge Monaco 500 coupe. 1 of 286 made with a special order 440 V8. I filmed this beauty at my local Classic Car Auction in Palm Springs, California where it sold for only $6,800!"

The video was posted Nov 29. I don't see any other recent auctions in Palm Springs.

Anyone got any ideas about this?

(there was a '66 or '67 Monaco/Polara wagon visible in the video, also not in that auction list)

I like these cars. I obtained one from a buddy that was a rusted out mess and also caught on fire. I parted it for the drivetrain and sold off everything else worthy. Then scrapped the shell.

Love this, my father had a 67 and then I had a 68 Monaco 500 with the factory 440 and a 4-speed.

No 440 badging on the car. I am assuming it may be the 350hp K code?
L code 440 375 Magnum will have fender badges...

Is this the same car?

Really?? Have any pics of your 68? I have one and have seen about 3 others on line, and the only #s I've seen is 7 made.

I believe the 67s did not have 440 badges. I also believe, there were no k code 440s in the monacos. 375hp only

67 440 Magnum powered Canadian full sized Dodge DID get fender badges.
From the Canadian Sales Brochure a Polara 4dr hardtop with 440 Magnum badges.
And my car with the same badges.
In the old thread that is linked to the said car, it is an L code where I assume the badges were removed or febders replaced? and 68 sidemarkers were installed.
