I'll take a 4 door sedan with the massive chrome window surrounds over a 4 door hardtop.

It's not a Crown Sedan. It's a Sedan. That's the pillared 4-door. Crowns and LeBarons were the hardtops.

It is a nice car, though.

It's kind of like people saying "Chrysler" Imperial. It's a common thing, and if you're attuned to it, you see it all the time.

hey, is your '67 Auto Temp? I've been flirting with the idea of converting mine to regular heater/ac controls.

Also, when you get them stripped down enough that you don't mind taking out adjusters, keep me in mind for your torsion bar adjusters.

I don't believe it is auto temp. I will have to double check that however when I get back to town.

Can you tell from this crappy photo? It's the only one I have available while out of town.

Nice looking wheel, how's the rest of it and what color is it supposed to be?

The $5,500 sweet spot of buying and selling.
Every day there's thousands of guys now in their fifties ready to let go 5 grand entering the market.
They buy a looker and know nothing about them.
Then they join a forum.

Show me a 4 speed Galaxie and I'd be one of those guys.

Yeah, I'm a sucker for the hood release in the middle of the grille. And the way the taillights flow into the rear fender. '64 got too bloated.

A Q-code 427 (single 4-barrel) 4-speed is pretty much tops on my list of cars to lust for.
