That's not a factory setup, is it? I thought the bulged hood and omitted inner headlights were a '64 Fairlane Thunderbolt thing. Not that it doesn't look cool, just curious if they did that setup on the Galaxies, too.

As stated earlier Matt, that wheel and column went to a new home quite a while back. It was nearly perfect. The buyer was very happy. Kinda wishing I still had it though....

I almost had one of those as my first car. It was 5 years old on a dealer's lot. Some times I still wish I had looked a little harder for the down payment.

I can't explain it but RWL/Mags on a Galaxie look cooler than on a C-body.

It was intended for dual purpose drag car and grocery getter; the low mileage tells me however the plan didn't pan out as intended with the Misses. ;)
