I don't think it could be fixed for that, factory repaint would run at least $4K, maybe more depending what is under all that international harvester red. Probably needs $2.5 k in interior work as well.

Somewhere around $1200 would be a fair price.

Ah....good old Earl, a coworker of mine at the water company had a '64 Impala painted a non metallic turquoise in the mid '70s there. All the chrome was painted and there was some paint on his rear window and some overspray on his tires. He said what do you expect for 30 bucks. It was his commuter/ beater, he was satisfied.
