NOT MINE 1968 Plymouth VIP 4-door hardtop, barn find, 34k miles, 318, Hamburg, Pennsylvania

Actually, it was the opposite especially on the lower end price competitive cars like Plymouths.
Chrysler wanted to give you lots of options and price flexibility. Just keep checking the boxes until your pocketbook ran out.

Thanks for sharing this order form.
Pretty neat with the corresponding codes which will show up on the broadcast sheet.

It's showing an asking price of $8500.
Which I would assume was their reserve.
Given it low miles and location, a Beachy Amish or progressive Mennonite family may be selling this VIP.
Hence using the auction and no direct contact til now.
The auction ended with high bid of 5000.
That is what it is worth as the car does need to be properly revived.

Agreed. A guy could easily spend $3000 reviving it.
And considering how long it has been sitting - there are a lot of unknowns.

I'd love to have somethign like that with a 5.2 Magnum for a bit more spunk and MPG - and then just drive it everywhere I went.
