The 1968 Dodge Polara Wagon has become very rare, just try finding one in original survivor condition. The Polara was repainted many years ago in the original color, the interior is original, drive train is original and the mileage is correct at 34,783. It was kept in dry storage for many years. I bought the Polara last year and this is all the maintenance that I was able to accomplish, drained and cleaned the fuel system and rebuilt the carb, replaced the alternator and the belts, major tune up, replace valve cover gaskets. new brake booster and master cylinder, detailed the engine. The tires are new. I replaced every front end component, new front gas shocks and four wheel alignment. So now it can be driven and enjoyed. The body shows no signs of a prior accident, there is very minor rust on the right passenger door and tail gate. The interior is outstanding original, the steering wheel and horn ring are flawless, all the gauges work and the seat belts are still in good condition. The power rear window works fine.
