So just an update.... This past weekend I wanted to test the cars tranny and brakes now that I knew the engine “worked”. Started it up in the garage and slowly let it roll under its own power on to the driveway. I told the wife and kid to jump in and go for a trial run with me. As it turned out, the car moved and stopped the way it was supposed to. The weeks preceding this one I had replaced the radiator, tested the convertible tops motor, thrown the new carpet in, cleaned the seats and armrest, threw them in too. Still hasn’t seen the inside of the mechanics garage but it was such a nice day out on Sunday I had to see if it would at least make it down the road.... and it did! Here’s some pics of what’s been going on.
