This was years ago but a friend of mine owns a towing company called E-Z Towing. He wanted a plate on his tow truck to say IM EZ. He had to jump trough all kinds of hoops including getting letters from police chiefs before the MVD would allow it. Now I hear all requests go in a computer to check for hidden or obscene meanings.
