Well you were right I was horrified and intrigued all at the same time...thinking he's got a lot more than he's asking tied up in that.

I'd drive it....but only around Critter's 'hood scaring new Canadians....

Tobias..Es hat dein Lieblingsbier, das du es kaufen solltest

It's amazing how tall the intake is but yet so little of it sticks above the hood.

All that mechanical ability and can't figure out how to make the wipers park. Another genuis who made a nice car into $1500 worth of sh*t.

...whereas my carpenter-side sees the sub box made of particle board, with wood screws holding all his "gear". That also screams quality.

yeah, that's a cow with three heads. Fascinating yet horrifying.

seriously though, I wanna like it, but stuff is buggin' me about it as pointed out above by others. as seller says "its still somewhat of a project" so that explains the "rough edges" somewhat.

but with so much custom work, and not knowing what it looked like before all of these changes, its the kinda car ya gotta go look at/ride in if you're interested in it.

Could be really cool when its finished .. properly.

1969 Chrysler Newport. $6,995. Same body style as old Chrysler 300. big block 383 with tunnel ram. runs and drives great. turn key car. restored from frame up. still somewhat of project, but mostly complete. by that I mean interior and body needs a little work. I have taken it on 6 hour drives often to car shows. she does great, gets lots of attention, one of a kind custom. 22" chrome wheels with 30 series tires. have the steel wheels as well. awesome stereo system with deck, sub, 2 amps and equalizers. front windshield was just replaced, front bench seat needs recovered as well (has seat covers on them). Has new headliner and carpet kit.

My inner cabinet maker puked on his square as well.

"Finished properly" would essentially mean gutted to a shell and media blasted with all of the recent work in a dumpster (or on Craigslost for pennies on the dollar).

"Finished-off properly" would mean used as a parts car.

Dunno, even if you've managed to justify that intake with a worthy motor, which takes doing, I want to be staring straight down the hood when I drive and the only logos I want to see are those Ma put on the body.

Run out of Monster energy drink stickers?

Two thoughts on this:

1. This is like a colossal train wreck. You don't want to look, but you can't help yourself.
2. The circus called. They want their clown car back.

Hope he gets a flat at 2:00 AM on a lonely road in the middle of North Dakota during a Blizzard while starved Coyotes close in on him.

Yikes .. tough room.

I think i said what you folks said, though less "colorfully". :). I am just trying to see the good here, if any.

we have ALL seen worst starting points turn out great. "Toads" get turned into "Prince Charming" every day in our hobby.

heck, maybe the car got "saved" from the crusher or the DD guys?

Anyway, if somebody had an interest in this car, given its description and looks, that person had better GO LOOK AT IT.

Lol Graham Bremen is my hometown that's means Becks Beer is my favourite beer.

If the guy who built this is under 40 then I give him credit. I kinda like it, I'd drive it.
