It looks pretty awesome to me... The interior looks new. The panel fit is nice. All it really needs is a fresh coat of paint and some wheels. It does look like the trim that runs on the lower body line by the bumper in picture one is rough. This is all being seen through my untrained eyes though, and who knows about the frame / engine bay, but... What are you seeing that makes it look "tired"?
